The Public Hearing will be held on October 3, 2016 at the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center at 5:00pm.

 

Guidelines

• Each session will be recorded and transcribed
• There will be a sign-up sheet for those wanting to participate in public comment
• Each speaker will be given between 3 minutes
